Should I try the Simply Slimmer System?
If you want to lose weight I simply can't recommend this highly or emphatically enough. In the first 4 days after it arrives you will probably lose 3 to 7 pounds - be sure to weigh yourself so you can see it. More valuable than the weight loss is the boost in energy and mood you will experience. So if you want to be slimmer and happier, than the answer is yes.
I can't find ABC & Tea, Vitrin, Marine Omega-3, or ProEndorphin. What happened to these products?
I now have the same great formulas in brand new packages with new names.

I'm a vegetarian. Can I still benefit from the Simply Slimmer System?
Plenty of protein in every meal is a basic part of the Simply Slimmer Nutrition plan. By balancing proteins, carbs and fats you allow your body speed up its metabolism and burn fat. So the answer is yes, you can do it and it is slightly more challenging. You will simply need to find high-protein sources from animal-friendly sources.
I have medical conditions – can I do the Simply Slimmer Nutrition plan?
I get many questions about medical conditions. I'm not a doctor so I have no idea about many of them and I definitely cannot give you responsible help by email. However, this nutrition plan will probably help you - and might even help with your condition because it will provide your body its required basic fuel and essential nutrients. This can never hurt you. So my answer is most likely YES but see your doctor anyway. There is no substitute for meeting with somebody in person to answer unique medical questions.
I have medical conditions –can I take the Simply Slimmer nutraceutical supplements?
Generally speaking, my products are safe for everybody because they consist of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that your body needs. However, my products are very strong and effective. You must always ask your physician if supplementation is safe for you especially if you have any unique medical conditions or allergies. My products are not intended to treat or cure any disease.
I have REALLY unique medical issues including chronic conditions with all kinds of strange names. I have rare injuries and problems and I've been taking all kinds of strange medications and supplements. The only way to explain all of this is to send it all in a long email. Will you be able to help me?
I empathize so much with your situation because I was there once too. Unfortunately, I probably have not heard about your conditions or medications and have no experience to share. I'm not a medical doctor - I'm a nutritionist and my expertise and experience is in helping people lose weight. So a long, personal email may not result in any real help for you. However, many, many conditions are either hurt by a lack of basic nutrients or can be greatly helped by providing the basic nutrients. So the Simply Slimmer plan could help but regardless, you should work with a doctor who can oversee your conditions.
I thought you advocated only natural food. Why are you selling supplements?
I find it odd that some people have become uncomfortable with high-quality nutraceutical supplements. The media is constantly trying to say that ALL supplements are bogus. However, the doctors and clinical researchers are trying to get the word out that vitamin and nutrient deficiencies are one of the simple root causes of many illnesses. For instance, Vitamin D deficiency has been positively correlated with obesity. A dream team of 20 of the country's leading doctors recently published an essay in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition that calls Vitamin D deficiency an "urgent need" and a "frustrating and regrettable situation for nutrition researchers" because the media only tells people to do nothing different "until more is known." So that is what people believe. However if you talk to any smart weight loss expert or clinical researcher, they are probably taking a daily multivitamin, a B complex, and an Omega-3 supplement for their own health.That's why I recommend Simply MV, Simply B, and Simply O-3.
I found much cheaper vitamins at the grocery store. Can I take these instead?
Absolutely. You might even find cheaper products. My supplement line comes from a company that has been widely recognized for leadership in its field. These products are taken by top American Olympic athletes and Hollywood stars. They are sold and recommended by medical doctors nationwide. The reason is that they are very strong and formulated for best bioavailability. Just make sure you are getting the same dosage and that one nutrient isn't blocking the absorption of another or you will be denying your body the desired health benefits - which will not harm you but is a waste of money.
Why are your products more expensive than others?
My supplement line is made in limited quantities. The ingredients are sourced with a priority on strength and bioavailability. This leads to highest product quality but also higher cost. Each batch is individually tested for exact content and purity (assay testing). We also pay very close attention to our customers. We do our best to find ways to save but we will never compromise quality, freshness, efficacy or earth-friendliness. All of this adds up to a slightly higher cost but better health for you.
What should I take for weight loss?
Eating smart is the ONLY way to lose weight. The Simply Slimmer System is designed to help you eat plenty of food you like while letting your body improve its metabolism and access fat for fuel. The three nutraceuticals in the Simply Slimmer System; Simply B, Simply MV, and Simply O-3 will help your body do this. Simply enerG is included in the Premiere system and it makes you feel so energetic that you will have the workouts of your life. You can't expect to lose weight by taking one of these alone. For instance if you took Simply enerG and decided that you felt so energetic that you wanted to run 5 miles, you would probably come home and eat everything in the kitchen and wind up gaining weight anyway. The Simply Slimmer system works synergistically as a whole.
For my clients that are over 38 or so, I have them take Symbiotropin.
What is Symbiotropin?
Symbiotropin is a blend of amino acids (the building blocks of protein) that is formulated to improve your body's ability to secrete important hormones such as endorphins (runner's high hormone), oxytocin (pleasure hormone released during hugging and affection), and human growth hormone (hormone that causes many healthy effects including better body composition - more muscle and less fat). You will not find any of this information on the product label. Symbiotropin is far and away my most popular product.
How should I take these supplements (when, how many, etc.)? Can I take these products all simultaneously?
Here is how I take them one Simply MV (Multi vitamin), one Simply O-3 (fish oil) in the AM and PM. Then I take oneSimply B in the afternoons between lunch and dinner. I take theSimply enerG maybe one time a week (it just depends on how I feel) and never more then three per week. Symbiotropin can be taken 5 nights a week (doesn’t interfere with the others).
Can I take these products if I am pregnant or nursing?
NO. Do not take any of these products if you are pregnant or nursing. Anything you do while pregnant should be supervised by your doctor.
Will the Simply Slimmer products interact with my medications? I am on antidepressants. Can I take your products?
Again, although my products are generally safe for most people, please consult with a qualified medical doctor or pharmacist to determine if they are safe for you. For a natural mood boost, you should definitely try Simply O-3 or DHEA Max.
Simply enerG makes my face feel warm and tingly – what is going on?
What you are feeling is known as the “niacin flush.” The niacin flush is just a reaction to the niacin (Vitamin B3). When some people receive niacin the blood vessels in the face dilate and their face has a reddish look for 5 to 10 minutes. It’s harmless and just a sign that the body needs more B3 then it has been receiving. Some people like it – it is a natural invigorating and euphoric feeling.
The amount of vitamins and minerals you recommend is greater than the US RDA. Why?
The US developed the Recommended Daily Allowance in the 1940 back when food was so scarce that many people were getting sick due to inadequate food intake. However, these minimums are simply that: minimums - nutritional miminum wage. They are not adequate amounts to optimize health. Our goal is not just to avoid disease but to optimize health.
Is it possible to get sick from taking too many vitamins?
Toxicity levels for vitamins are generally very high and it would be very hard to make yourself sick by overdosing on vitamins. On the other hand, not having enough of any of the US RDA essential vitamins and minerals will lead to illness. However, I recommend that you do not exceed the recommended daily dosage for each product. If you ever feel you would like to skip a day, definitely do it.

What is your return policy?
Hey if you aren't happy, just return the remaining portion and we will refund your money. All you cover is the postage. My requests are that you return products within 30 days and please don't send me empty boxes after you have enjoyed all the products! If you are over 30 days I'll still refund your money but if you wait a whole year, cmon! Bottom line don't worry you will love these products and if not you'll get your money back.
